The reservation of the chosen apartment is made by a payment of 30% of the total rent, this payment will be made by card, transfer to our account, or in cash at our office. You must provide your details and the property details, which our agent will give you after confirming availability. The client has a period of 5 days or the one indicated by our agent to make this reservation, which, if not made within that period, will be canceled.
In case of cancellation by the tenant, the reservation will be refunded to the client, as long as it is communicated with a notice of 6 months before the start of the lease. The client will lose the payment of the reservation if the cancellation is communicated with less than 6 months in advance. In case of cancellation by the agency, it will be obliged to return the equivalent amount of the reservation to the client.
The remaining amount must be paid at our office, with card or cash, on the day of entry and key delivery. If you wish to make the payment by bank transfer, it must be done 5 days before entry and you must send us a copy of the receipt by email as proof of payment. Checks or promissory notes are not accepted.
The deposit charged by the agency depends on each property, it will be fully refunded 5 - 7 days after leaving the property, unless there has been any damage or breach of contract. It will be delivered at our office, on the day of entry and key delivery, and will be refunded in cash or by transfer.
As it is a holiday rental, the cost of electricity, water, pool maintenance, bed linen, and towels will be included in the rental price as long as it does not exceed 2 months of stay. In the case of rentals of more than 2 months, the tenant must bear the cost of electricity, water, internet if applicable.
Hay un gasto adicional de limpieza final, que depende de cada vivienda y le será indicado por nuestro agente o aparecerá en la web. Además, el inquilino debe tirar la basura y vaciar la nevera antes de la salida, de lo contrato se descontarán 50€ de la fianza. En caso de que el inquilino deje la vivienda sucia, la agencia descontará 50€ de la fianza.
Check-in to the rented property will be from 15:00 to 18:00 (for entries and exits from 18:00 to 10:00, weekends or holidays, an additional 20 euros will be charged).
Check-out from the rented property will be from 10:00 to 12:00 (for departures from 12:00 or before 10:00, the corresponding amount for 1 day will be deducted from the deposit).
For entries and exits outside of these hours, an additional 20 euros will be charged which must be paid at the time of departure/entry.
No podrá alojarse en la vivienda un número de personas que supere la capacidad máxima establecida, ni convivir con animales domésticos. No cumplir con esta norma, provocará la inmediata expulsión sin derecho al reembolso del importe abonado. NO se admiten ANIMALES DE COMPAÑÍA, como norma general, solo en algunos casos muy concretos, los cuales serán confirmados por Antaal Life por escrito. En esos casos, el cliente se responsabilizará de todos los daños o desperfectos que pudiera ocasionar en la vivienda su mascota, mediante el pago de una fianza específica además de un incremento en la limpieza final. La capacidad de cada vivienda será informada por nuestro agente, en nuestra web y además en el contrato de arrendamiento.
It is expressly forbidden to make noise from 23:00 to 08:00. Also, the rules of each community must be followed, such as not inviting outsiders to the community, making noise at specific times, eating in the pool, walking pets in residential areas, etc...
The apartment is delivered in normal conditions to serve the intended use, with the property being responsible for any repairs that may be necessary to maintain it in such conditions. The tenant undertakes to return it, at the end of the contract, in the same state of conservation. The property is furnished, with furniture, utensils, and objects for its use and stay.
The property will include: bed linen sets and towel sets. Kitchen: Appliances such as ceramic hob or gas cooker, oven (if applicable), extractor hood, fridge, washing machine. Kitchenware; tableware (with plates, glasses, cups, and bowls), cutlery, pans, pots, coffee maker or teapot, scissors, drainer, cutting board, ironing board, clothes horse, cleaning set (mop, bucket, broom, dustpan), trash can. Bathrooms; shower curtain or screen, toilet brush, towel and toilet paper hanging accessories.toilet. Beach towels are not included. Bedrooms; bed frames and mattresses, mattress protector or cover, pillows, blanket, hangers. Living room: Dining set with table and chairs, TV. Terrace; Terrace set with table and chairs.
*In the event that the towels in the home are used for the beach or pool, the agency will deduct 50 euros from the deposit for misuse of the textile.
