¿Cuál es la diferencia entre Short Term y Long Term?

Short-term rental is intended for vacation stays or for weeks/months, usually up to a maximum of 11 months. It includes furniture and usually has services such as WiFi or cleaning, depending on the property.

Long-term rental, on the other hand, is for stable stays (minimum of 1 year) and usually does not include supplies or additional services. Like in a short stay, the equipment depends on the property.

What is the Check-In / Check-Out schedule?

In short-term rental, Check-In is done at the following times: from 15:00 to 18:00. In case of wanting to do a Late Check-In, an extra payment of 20 euros must be made (unless agreed in advance). And in the case of Check-Out, the schedule to leave the property is from 10:00 to 12:00. Additionally, a Late Check-Out can be done for an extra payment that must be agreed with the staff.

And in long-term rental, Check-In and Check-Out do not have a set schedule, but it is necessary to notify the day and time of arrival to prepare the property and move in. Regarding the day and time of departure from the property, the staff will be notified with a agreed deadline.
