¿Cuál es la diferencia entre Short Term y Long Term?

Short-term rental is designed for holiday stays or for weeks/months, usually up to a maximum of 11 months. It includes furniture and usually has services such as WiFi or cleaning, depending on the property.

Long-term rental, on the other hand, is for stable stays (minimum of 1 year) and usually does not include supplies or additional services. Like in a short stay, the equipment depends on the property.

What is the Check In / Check Out schedule?

In short-term rental, Check In is done at the following schedule: from 15:00 to 18:00. In case you want to do a Late Check In, an extra payment of 20 euros must be paid (unless agreed beforehand). And in the case of Check Out, the schedule to leave the property is: from 10:00 to 12:00. Additionally, a Late Check Out can be done under an extra payment that must be agreed with the staff.

And in long-term rental, Check In and Check Out do not have a set schedule, but it is necessary to notify the day and time of arrival in order to prepare the property and move in. As for the day and time of departure from the property, the staff will be notified with a agreed upon advance notice.
