¿Cuál es la diferencia entre Short Term y Long Term?

Short-term rental is intended for vacation stays or weeks/months, usually up to a maximum of 11 months. It includes furniture and often has services such as WiFi or cleaning, depending on the property.

Long-term rental, on the other hand, is for stable stays (minimum of 1 year) and usually does not include supplies or additional services. Like in a short stay, the equipment depends on the property.

What is the Check In / Check Out schedule?

In short-term rental, Check In is done at the following times: from 15:00 to 18:00. In case of wanting to do a Late Check In, an extra payment of 20 euros must be made (unless previously agreed). And in the case of Check Out, the time to leave the property is: from 10:00 to 12:00. Additionally, a Late Check Out can be done under an extra payment that must be agreed with the staff.

And in long-term rental, Check In and Check Out do not have a set schedule, but it is necessary to notify the day and time of arrival in order to prepare the property and move in. As for the day and time of leaving the property, notice will be given to the staff with an agreed deadline.
