¿Cuál es la diferencia entre Short Term y Larga Temporada?

Short-term rental is intended for holiday stays or weeks/months, usually up to a maximum of 11 months. It includes furniture and usually has services such as WiFi or cleaning, depending on the property.

Long-term rental, on the other hand, is for stable stays (minimum of 1 year) and usually does not include supplies or additional services. Like in a short stay, the equipment depends on the property.

What is the schedule for Check In / Check Out?

In short-term rental, Check In is done at the following times: from 15:00 to 18:00. If you want to make a Late Check In, an extra payment of 20 euros must be made (unless agreed otherwise). And in the case of Check Out, the time to leave the property is from 10:00 to 12:00. Additionally, a Late Check Out can be done for an extra payment that must be agreed with the staff.

In long-term rental, Check In and Check Out do not have a set schedule, but it is necessary to notify the day and time of arrival in order to prepare the property and move in. As for the day and time of leaving the property, notice will be given to the staff with an agreed upon advance notice.

Does the property include household items such as sheets, towels, etc.? And cleaning?

La respuesta depende de las características de la vivienda y la duración del alquiler. Normalmente, las viviendas que se alquilan a corto plazo incluyen el menaje. Can I visit the property in person? And remotely?

Yes, we offer in-person visits if you are nearby, and also live video calls for clients who are abroad or in another city. You just have to request an appointment through the contact form and one of our agents will show you the property in detail.

Can I make the reservation payment by bank transfer?

Yes, you can reserve the property remotely without the need to come in person. We will send you all the documentation by email and you can make the reservation payment by bank transfer. If you prefer, you can also visit the property first in person or through video call.
