In our case, we have decided to incorporate it as a complementary tool to our work, always under human supervision and with a fundamental premise: technology should help us communicate better, but never falsify reality.

The reason we want to publicly inform about the use we make of these technologies also responds to the framework established by the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), whose transparency obligations fully entered into force on August 2, 2026.

For this reason, we consider it important to explain clearly and transparently what we use Artificial Intelligence for, what purpose its use serves, and what limits we have set for ourselves.

This tool allows us to work on translations taking into account not only the words but also the context, meaning, and intention of the content, with the aim of offering more natural and understandable texts for users.

We also use Artificial Intelligence tools that allow us to generate videos from real estate property photos.

The goal is to offer a more dynamic experience to people who are viewing a property on our website, allowing us to present spaces in a different way that originally only had photos.

In this area, we maintain exactly the same criterion: the video must be based on real images and not be used to alter the Features From the property or the area.

The purpose is to improve the way of presenting the content, not to create a different reality.

Data protection and privacy of our clients

The security and privacy of our clients are also a fundamental part of how we use Artificial Intelligence.

The Artificial Intelligence tools we use for the purposes described in this publication do not have access to the personal information of our clients, their conversations, communications, records, contact details, or any other confidential information related to them.

Artificial Intelligence is used only on the content and materials that we specifically decide to use for each purpose, without giving access to AI tools to the private information of our clients.
